SHELTERING POND
Sheltering Pond is a mural featuring a captivating blend of early 20th-century influences and illustration techniques. Created by Karen Robert, it is a nostalgically alluring depiction of the pond on her Shelter Island property, complete with all the creatures that live near it.
Conceived during her stay on the island amidst the pandemic, it serves as a visual narrative of the quest for solace in the heart of nature. The result is a composition that harmoniously blends a moody and evocative atmosphere with a sense of tranquility and pastoral beauty.
ARCADIA
Arcadia is a mural in the Romantic motif of an idealized, natural landscape with a stone bridge and, far away, a house perched on top of a hill. Arcadia comes from the ancient Greek province of Arcadia, known for its mountains and sparse population. This led to Arcadia becoming a poetic term for an idyllic vision of unspoiled wilderness associated with harmony and natural splendor. This piece, crafted in a rustic and playful style with painterly brushstrokes, uses soft grey tones to evoke the timeless charm of classic French panoramic murals. Available in custom heights between 7 and 10ʼ high. Printed on paperweave in one colorway: Grisaille.
GARDEN OF THE EDEN

Botanical is a scenic mural depicting birds, butterflies and flowering trees in a manner of John James Auduban's botanical prints. It is printed on silk in a myriad of color options. Custom colors available. Repeat pattern of 3 panels with the third panel matching back to the first panel to create a continuous pattern. Custom printed to the height of the room to the nearest half foot .
FLIGHT
Flight is a charming mural of characterful hand-painted birds soaring amidst a backdrop of wispy clouds. This is a 4 panel mural, the fourth panel matches back to the first panel to enable the installation to seamlessly continue around the room. We custom print this to the height of your room on a paper-backed slub silk which adds a luminous sheen.
SCHOOL
Our "School" mural depicts a shoal of fish swimming together in an undulating pattern. It is a celebration of their ability to swim together and to help each other forage and defend themselves form predators. This is a four panel mural, the last panel matches back to the fist panel in order to create a continuous pattern around the room. We had the fish hand painted then printed the design on silk which creates a lustrous sheen.
FRAGMENTS
Fragments is a large scale mural of interconnected triangular shapes in a subtle combination of colors. It is a four panel repeat, the fourth panel matches back to the first panel so the design can continue seamlessly around the room. We custom print this to the height of the room. Printed on paper-backed slub silk for a lustrous and subtle sheen.
KALEIDOSCOPE
Kaleidoscope is a mural depicting a canopy of trees inspired by the Art Deco movement and are offered in moody color combinations related to the seasons. This is a two panel repeat, meaning the second panel matches back to the first panel to be able to repeat continuously around the room. Printed on metallic grasscloth for added dimensionality.
DHURRIE
Dhurrie is inspired by the gorgeous striped Dhurrie rugs from India. We designed this muralon grassclothto replicate the look of these finely woven antique rugs bathed in natural dyes and slowly faded over many years. As a wallcovering this is highly effective at creating the alluring look of a tented room. The border on the top and bottom helps achieve the effect, but it can can also easily be removed.
BIG ABSTRACT
Big Abstract is a mural with powerful lines in a bold color palette. The lines intersect each other over an expanse of an entire wall. This is a four panel repeat, meaning it comes in four panels and the fourth panel repeats back to the first panel, so it can accommodate any size room. This pattern has a modern feel but because it is printed on a classic textural grasscloth, it straddles modern and traditional spaces quite happily.
