Sea Scallops
This pattern is modified from a Japanese workbook of examples of how to draw waves. The result is a design which is at once Art deco and Japanese in style. We print this on a grasscloth that has been first painted white to give it a particularly lovely heavy matte finish. The painted paper has a very hand crafted feel to it and complements well the painterly quality of this design.
